Supported living is for adults with a learning disability who would like to live independently in their own home.

This can include support with:

• household tasks

• personal care

• maintaining a tenancy

• taking medication

• money management

• building links with friends, family and the community

• social and leisure activities

• making healthy lifestyle choices.

Support is tailored to individual needs and can be during the day, in the evening, over night and/or at weekends.
